The former St. Rose Events & Athletics Center is home to many Albany County programs that not only keeps the campus active, but the community! Don't forget to swing by Cindy B's Cafe on your way out for a sweet treat!

Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity, modified version of the standard Zumba dance fitness program. This class is designed specifically for active older adults, beginners, and anyone needing a gentler, joint-friendly workout. This program will be held in the Gymnasium.
