The former St. Rose Events & Athletics Center is home to many Albany County programs that not only keeps the campus active, but the community! Don't forget to swing by Cindy B's Cafe on your way out for a sweet treat!

Aqua yoga is a gentle, low-impact exercise session with modified yoga poses. This program will be held in the Swimming Pool within the Events & Athletics Center.
