About ACPHLA

The Albany County Pine Hills Land Authority is a public benefit authority established by Albany County to acquire, manage, and redevelop the former College of Saint Rose campus in Albany, New York. Empowered to issue up to $80 million in bonds, ACPHLA’s mission is to repurpose the campus to stimulate economic development and prevent neighborhood decline. The Authority’s responsibilities include community engagement, strategic planning, operations and maintenance of the properties, and securing viable future uses for the site.

The Albany County Industrial Development Agency (ACIDA) supports economic growth by providing businesses with financial incentives such as tax-exempt and taxable bonds. These funds can help cover costs for construction, rehabilitation, and equipment, ultimately boosting job creation, prosperity, and overall economic welfare in Albany County and New York State.

The Albany County Capital Resource Corporation (ACCRC) helps not-for-profit organizations and other entities with projects that strengthen the workforce and improve industrial sites.
